Paula Oviedo

Paula Oviedo serves as the APAC/LATAM Chief of Operations for HCG and HHY, as well as VP Operations for Prose on Pixels, with a tenure at Havas dating back to February 2012. In this role, Paula is responsible for strategic planning and the establishment of hubs and Centers of Excellence in APAC and LATAM, promoting global process alignment and local market solutions. Previous positions include Director of Operations and Project Management at Prose on Pixels, with a focus on financial growth and operational strategy. Paula's experience includes project management at Southern Realm and design work at avVenta Worldwide. Educational qualifications encompass an MBA from EUDE Business School, a certification as a Certified Scrum Master, and leadership training from INCAE Business School, among others.
