Shishir Madhaw has extensive experience in engineering and management within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Manager at Havells India Ltd since April 2016, focusing on the Centre for Research and Innovation, Shishir has a strong background in design and development from previous roles as Assistant Manager at KIRAT Plastics Pvt. Ltd. and Sr. Design Engineer at The Motwane Manufacturing Co. (P) Ltd. The professional journey also includes a position as Design Engineer at ASB International Pvt. Ltd. Shishir holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidhyapeeth University, alongside training from the Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology.
