Carol Waters

Elaine Waters is an experienced professional with a background in social work and extensive expertise in volunteer coordination and stress management. Currently serving as a Volunteer Coordinator at Haven Hospice since July 2013, Elaine is responsible for recruiting and training volunteers for various opportunities. In addition, Elaine operates a business as a Stress Management Consultant at Carol Waters New Beginnings, utilizing coaching, hypnosis, and massage therapy to help clients manage stress, particularly during life transitions. Previously, Elaine held the role of Volunteer Coordinator and New Hire Staff Trainer at First Coast Family Center, where responsibilities included volunteer recruitment, training, and wellness coaching. Elaine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Washington State University, earned in 2001.
