Sakina Reames Bravo

Sakina Erika Reames Bravo, MPH, is a dedicated public health professional with extensive experience in research and program management. Currently serving as a Research Assistant at Yale University School of Medicine, Sakina supports smoking cessation interventions and conducts qualitative research in HIV and TB care in South Africa and Ukraine. Previously, as the Executive Director of HAVEN Free Clinic, leadership included operational improvements and response to the Monkey Pox outbreak. Other roles encompass qualitative data analysis for WHO's childbirth checklist in Mozambique, health fellowship at LifeLong Medical Care, and various teaching positions. Sakina's educational background includes an MPH in Epidemiology of Microbial Disease from Yale and a BS in Public Health from UC San Diego.
