Ana Lucas has over a decade of experience in property management, currently serving as a Property Manager at Haven Realty Capital since May 2012, where responsibilities include managing over 1100 single-family homes, resident retention, customer service, maintenance, delinquency, rent collections, eviction processes, reporting, and fostering positive resident relations. Prior to this role, Ana Lucas worked in apartment management at FORE Properties from November 2009 to May 2012.
