Julie Kagan

Julie Kagan has extensive experience in Human Resources, having served in various managerial roles at different companies. At Haven Savings Bank, Julie currently holds the position of Vice President and Human Resources Manager, overseeing HR functions for 100 employees across 11 branches. Prior to this, at Residential Home Funding, Julie established the HR function for a company of 350 employees and implemented various policies and procedures to enhance employee performance and satisfaction. With a background in education from Adelphi University, Julie's career has been focused on supporting employees and management in various HR functions.
