Richard Queen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate investment and consulting, particularly focused on senior living facilities. As the Business Owner of Queen Real Estate Investments since January 2019, Richard oversees a diverse portfolio that includes skilled nursing and assisted living. Concurrently, Richard serves as a Real Estate Consultant for NewGen Advisors and a Senior Housing Advisor and Sales Consultant at Haven Senior Investments, specializing in assessing, marketing, and selling senior living properties. Previously, Richard was the Managing Broker at Javelin Realty LLC, where site assessment and acquisition for senior living developments were key responsibilities. Richard's earlier career includes roles in IT sales and a significant personal journey as a brain cancer survivor, demonstrating resilience and determination. Richard holds a degree in Business with a concentration in Real Estate from Texas Tech University.
