Jennifer Micieli has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, Jennifer is employed at Haven as a Lead UX Researcher. Jennifer joined in September 2021 and is involved in qualitative and quantitative user research. In 2023, they transitioned to the role of Product Strategist at Haven, where they utilize their previous experiences to shape product strategies.

Jennifer also pursued postgraduate studies at Kingston University, where they developed practical knowledge in user-centered design, prototyping, and usability testing.

Jennifer Micieli pursued their Master of Science degree in User Experience Design from Kingston University during the period of 2018 to 2019.
