Brian Nishi has over 15 years of work experience in various roles related to human resources and people operations. Brian currently serves as the Senior Director of People & Culture at Havenly, a position they have held since November 2021. Before joining Havenly, Brian worked at FORM, where they served as the VP of People Operations and Head of Integration from December 2020 to June 2021. Brian was responsible for leading integration efforts following the acquisition and merger of GoSpotCheck with FORM. Brian began their career at The Country Club at Castle Pines, where they held various roles and gained experience in marketing, membership, and golf operations. Brian also worked as an American Express Account Representative at Advantage Human Resourcing. Overall, Brian Nishi has a diverse background in HR, people operations, and customer experience.

Brian Nishi earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business in 2003. Brian also holds a Class-A Member certification from the PGA of America, obtained in 2009.
