Mary Alice Coker

Mary Alice Coker currently serves as the Director of People and Culture at BigID since September 2021, previously holding the position of Manager in the same department. Prior to joining BigID, Mary Alice worked at Birchbox from April 2016 to August 2021, progressing through various roles including Manager of Global People & Culture and Recruiter, among others. Earlier experiences include an Account Executive position at Yelp and multiple roles at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. and Cicada Boutique. Mary Alice began their career as a Camp Counselor at Camp Illahee. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in History and Anthropology with a minor in Business from the University of Mississippi and a brief study at Florence University of the Arts in 2013.
