Emily Weatherl is an experienced site merchandising professional with a strong background in e-commerce and retail management. Currently serving as the Site Merchandising Manager for The Citizenry & St. Frank at Havenly since July 2024, Emily previously held the position of Manager of Site Merchandising at The Citizenry from June 2022 to July 2024. With earlier roles as Site Merchandising Manager and Site Merchandiser Sr. Associate at Mizzen+Main, along with a notable tenure at Neiman Marcus in various merchandising capacities, Emily has demonstrated expertise in developing data-driven strategies, enhancing customer engagement through A/B testing, and optimizing site performance. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Retail Management with a Business Minor from Texas Tech University.
