Jake Mecham

Jake Mecham is a Learning and Development Specialist with extensive experience in enhancing employee training programs and engagement within large organizations. Currently at Havenpark Communities since March 2023, Jake previously contributed to Verisk from June 2018 to December 2022, where significant achievements included the development of an emerging leader program and an early careers program that achieved a 92% retention rate for new hires. Jake also managed Verisk’s learning management system, resulting in a 150% increase in learner engagement. Earlier roles include Technology Operational Manager at Connor Group, improving vendor relationships and operations, and Training and Education Specialist at Xactware, where Jake developed strategies for employee development and facilitated various training initiatives. Jake holds a Bachelor's degree in Experience Design and Management from Brigham Young University.
