Jason Hale

Jason Hale has a diverse work experience spanning different education-related roles. Most recently, they worked as the Director of Education Success at Havenpark Communities, where they collaborated with leaders and managers to create and deliver educational programs for residents. Prior to that, they served as a High School Counselor at Santa Margarita Catholic High School, providing counseling and leading presentations for students and parents. Jason also worked as a Recruitment Coordinator and California Regional Representative at the University of Tennessee, where they mentored counselors and contributed to recruitment strategies. Additionally, they held positions such as Director of College Counseling at Villanova Preparatory School, Regional Recruiter for the University of Alabama, Project Specialist at the University of Southern California, and Assistant Director of Recruiting and Admissions at the USC Rossier School of Education. Jason began their career as an Undergraduate Admissions Counselor and Academic Advisor at the University of Alaska Fairbanks.

Jason Hale has a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Higher Education Leadership from the University of Southern California, which they obtained from 2012 to 2017. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2006, they pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Integrated Language Arts (7-12) at The Ohio State University. Jason'sundergraduate studies at the same university took place from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education.
