Deborah Owen-Ellis Clark MA FCIM has extensive experience in various senior roles in marketing and customer experience. Deborah currently serves as the Group Customer Experience Director at Places for People, where they have been since September 2022. Before that, they were the Marketing Director at the same company from October 2018 to September 2022. Deborah also holds the position of Fellow at the Chartered Institute of Marketing since July 2020. Deborah'sprevious roles include being a Fellow at The RSA and serving as the Director/Owner of The Bee Group Strategic Marketing, a consultancy specializing in brand and marketing communications. Deborah has also held positions at British Land, Worthing Homes, MindFolio Limited, Land Securities, THE GUNWHARF QUAYS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, and Levi Strauss & Co.UK. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for strategic development, brand management, customer research, and marketing strategies.
Deborah Owen-Ellis Clark MA FCIM has a diverse education history. Deborah obtained a Diploma in Hotel & Catering Management from Chichester College in 1984. Prior to that, they attended Bishop Luffa School from 1976 to 1982, where they obtained their Gcses. In 2008, Deborah completed their Master's degree in Creative and Cultural Leadership from the University of Portsmouth. Deborah has also obtained various certifications, including becoming a CIM FCIM Member and a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
