Katie Scileppi has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Katie started their career as a Marketing Intern at AGC Colorado in 2010, where they organized events, updated the website, and managed leads. Later, they joined YES! Communities in 2011 and held various roles, including Operations Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Southern Texas Division Operations Manager, and Senior Operations Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for tasks such as managing operational reporting, developing new software, training employees, and processing bonuses and commissions. In 2019, they joined Heller Construction as an Assistant Project and Operations Manager. Currently, Katie is working at Havenpark Communities as the Senior Operations Manager. Katie has now taken on the role of Director of Business Operations, where they oversee and manages business operations in the company.

Katie Scileppi attended Notre Dame High School in San Jose from 2003 to 2007. After graduating from high school, they enrolled at the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from 2007 to 2011. During their time at the university, Katie studied International Business, French, and Accounting. In 2009, they participated in a study abroad program at UNSW, although no degree name was specified for this experience.
