Steve McClure CIWFM is the Head of Facilities at Havens Hospices, where Steve leads the Facilities, maintenance, catering, and IT teams to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for patients, families, staff, and volunteers. Steve previously worked as the Facilities Development Manager at the same organization, overseeing the development of the Facilities department and project management of new facilities. Prior to their role at Havens Hospices, Steve held positions at Farleigh Hospice as the Hotel Services Manager and Supervisor, as well as a Chef. Steve has a Level 5 Diploma in Facilities Planning and Management, as well as certifications in project management, health and safety, and first aid.
