Stephen J. Griggs

Stephen J. Griggs has held leadership positions across various financial and governance organizations since 2011, currently serving as Chair of the Board and CEO at Haventree Holdings Inc. and as Chair of the Board at Haventree Bank. Griggs is also the Executive Chairman of Genesis Land Development Corp., and CEO of Smoothwater Capital Corporation, alongside experience as an Adjunct Professor focusing on Corporate Governance at York University - Osgoode Hall Law School. Griggs previously held roles including President and CEO of OPSEU Pension Trust, Executive Director of the Canadian Coalition for Good Governance, and Chairman of Investeco Capital Corp. Educational qualifications include a JD in Law and a BA in Economics and Commerce from the University of Toronto.
