Chris Liden

Chris Liden has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Currently, they are working at HAVI as the IT Director - Global IT, Infrastructure & Operations - EUS, where they are focused on driving IT transformation and enhancing employee experiences in End User Services. Prior to HAVI, Chris held positions at ConvaTec as the Global Head of Digital Workplace, Engineering & Vendor Management, and at Philip Morris International as the Regional Head of IT Digital for Americas/LA&C and Head of Digital Workplace & Collaboration for Brazil. Chris Liden, also worked at Wipro Limited as the Country Delivery Head - DO&P Brazil and in Operations Management - LATAM, and at HSBC in roles such as Business Risk Control Management for Mortgage & RBWM Agriculture and as the Business Risk Control Management - Global, responsible for managing IT risks. Chris also gained experience at Glanbia Nutritionals as the Sales & Customer Services Regional Coordinator LAC, and at HSBC Global Technology Brazil as the ITO Tech Lead. Throughout their career, Chris has demonstrated expertise in various areas including project management, IT governance, risk management, vendor management, and customer experience enhancement.

Chris Liden, PMP, CSM, CISM, ITIL, Cobit, BlackBelt, has a postgraduate degree in Quality from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná, a Bachelor of Technology degree in Process Management from Centro Universitário Internacional UNINTER, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management, also from Centro Universitário Internacional UNINTER. Additionally, Chris holds a licentiate degree in People Management & Leadership from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Development from Centro Universitário Internacional UNINTER. In terms of additional certifications, Chris has obtained the CISM Certified Information Security Manager certification from ISACA, the COBIT 4.1 Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology certification from ISACA, the Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification from Scrum.org, the Coaching Integral Sistemico - Emotional Intelligence certification from Febracis Coaching, the ITIL v3 certification from EXIN, the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná, and the PMP Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. Chris also holds a Specialist in People Leadership certification from FGV.
