Jennifer Sitrick

Jennifer Sitrick's work experience begins in 2012, where they served as a Marketing Research Analyst Intern at CoreLink Data Centers. In 2013, they interned as a Disney College Program Intern at The Walt Disney Company, gaining experience in guest service. Jennifer joined Accenture in 2014, holding roles as a Recruitment Specialist and an HR Programs & Operations Senior Analyst. At The Kraft Heinz Company in 2015, they worked as a Senior University Relations Specialist, responsible for recruiting efforts at 48 universities. At Heartland Alliance in 2016, they worked as a Human Resources Coordinator and later as a Human Resources Specialist. From 2018 to 2020, they served as an HR & Benefits Specialist at ALAS, administering benefits programs and overseeing payroll. As an HR Operations Specialist at tms from 2020 to 2022, they managed benefits programs and HR systems. Jennifer currently works at HAVI as the NA People Operations Lead, overseeing the North America People Operations Team and providing support for HR services.

Jennifer Sitrick earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completing their studies in 2013. In June 2019, they obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
