Dawn Mitchell

Dawn Mitchell, PHR, CCP, MBA, currently serves as the Research and Compensation Services Manager at Hawaii Employers Council since September 2020, overseeing the Compensation, Survey and Research group, which focuses on compensation, benefits, and human resources trends. Previously, Dawn worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Hertz, responsible for comprehensive HR administration. Prior roles at the City of Seattle included Compensation & Classification Supervisor, where leadership included managing a team, and Sr. Compensation Analyst, providing consultancy for various city departments. Earlier experience includes positions at Tyler Technologies, ORM, JPI, and Su Development, with responsibilities ranging from HR administration to executive assistant functions. Dawn holds an MBA from Seattle University and a BS in Business Administration from Oregon State University.
