Ashley Muraoka-Mamaclay

Ashley Muraoka-Mamaclay has extensive experience in strategic contracting and operations, currently serving as Senior Manager at HMSA since October 2019, following roles as Manager of Strategic Operations and Payment Transformation Product Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Planner for the City and County of Honolulu from November 2016 to October 2019, and Director of Outreach and Education at NAPCA from October 2015 to April 2017. Additionally, Ashley held positions as Program Specialist (Aging) for the State of Hawaii and Planner for the City and County of Honolulu prior to 2013. Educationally, Ashley holds a Master's Degree in Urban and Regional Planning and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, both from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
