Mike Foutch

Mike Foutch currently serves as the Vice President of Hospital Operations at Hawaii Pacific Health. Prior to this, Mike held various leadership roles within the United States Air Force, including Deputy Command Surgeon at Headquarters Pacific Air Forces. With a background in healthcare administration, Mike has led multiple medical groups and centers, overseeing personnel, budgets, and operational efficiency. Foutch has also worked at the RAND Corporation as an AF Research Fellow, specializing in strategic medical policy issues. Mike's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the United States Air Force Academy.
