Steve R. is an Executive Vice President & CIO at Hawaii Pacific Health since June 1998. Prior to this, Steve was a Program Manager at PESystems, Inc., working on Submarine Combat Tactical Development. Steve also has experience in Test & Evaluation at GE, specializing in Satellite Command and Control. Their career began in the US Navy as a Nuclear Submarine Officer, where Steve was trained by Rickover and held various leadership roles. Steve holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech, an Executive MBA in International Business from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of South Florida.
