Jhericka Soroten

Jhericka Soroten currently serves as a Learning & Development Programs Assistant at Hawaii Permanente Medical Group since September 2023. Previously, Jhericka held multiple roles at Kahu Malama Nurses, including Talent Engagement Manager, Recruiting Coordinator, and Staffing Coordinator from May 2021 to August 2023. In early 2021, Jhericka worked as a Legislative Broadcaster for the Honolulu House of Representatives, successfully managing live broadcasts of legislative hearings during the pandemic. Jhericka also gained experience as a Senior Elections Clerk for the City and County of Honolulu from November 2019 to December 2020 and as a Management Trainee at Enterprise from May 2018 to May 2019. Earlier professional experience includes an office temporary position at Dongbu Insurance Co., Ltd. Jhericka obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Grand Canyon University, graduating in 2018.
