Casey Agena

Casey Agena, Ed.D, serves as a Senior Education Consultant at Haumana Ventures since May 2017, focusing on enhancing learning through technology and fostering collaborative educational environments. Currently, Casey also holds multiple roles within the Hawaii State Department of Education, including Director and Executive Assistant, Education Specialist II, and STEM Coordinator, where responsibilities range from fiscal support for statewide programs to creating engaging summer learning opportunities and securing resources for educational projects. Casey has previously contributed at Honorlock in Bids and Proposals, Renaissance Learning as an eduClimber Instructor, and Securly as Manager of Bids and Proposals, among other roles in various educational organizations. Academic qualifications include an Ed.D. in Education Leadership from the University of Southern California and extensive experience in educational program management and instructional design.
