Rosa Matau currently serves as a Restaurant Supervisor and Food Line Supervisor at the Polynesian Cultural Center, positions held since January 2014. Additionally, Rosa has been a Special Education Assistant with the Hawaii State Department of Education since January 2007. Rosa completed a Certificate in Life Skills and Religion from BYU-Pathway Worldwide in December 2021 and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Industry at Ensign College, expected to graduate in the near future.
