Julie Burbine

Julie Burbine, SPHR/FPC, is an experienced human resources professional with a focus on organizational design and compensation. Currently serving as the Director of Organizational Design and Compensation at Hawaiian Airlines since September 2021, Julie partners with senior leaders to assess organizational needs and implement talent structures, compensation philosophies, and career frameworks. Previous roles include Strategy & Operations Manager at ProService Hawaii, HR Consultant at BBK Burbine, and Senior Director of Human Resources at Outrigger Hotels & Resorts. With a strong background in workforce planning, process improvement, and employee relations spanning various industries, Julie demonstrates a commitment to enhancing employee experiences and retention through strategic HR initiatives.
