Will Stephan

Will Stephan has extensive experience in airport operations and contract administration, currently serving as the Director of Airport Operations Contract Administration at Hawaiian Airlines since October 2020. Previously, Will held various positions at United Airlines, including Project Manager for Airport Operations Contract Strategy and Senior Staff Representative. Will's career began at Trans States Airlines as a Rotable Administrator and included an internship at Pacific Air Cargo. Will holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Management from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, completed in 2011.
