Mary Kipp

Mary Kipp currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Puget Sound Energy, a position held since August 2019. In addition to this role, Mary Kipp is a Board Member at both Boston Properties and Hawaiian Electric, and previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer and President at El Paso Electric Company from December 2007 to August 2019. During tenure at El Paso Electric Company, responsibilities included overseeing legal affairs, regulatory compliance, environmental health and safety, and public relations. Additional experience includes serving as a Board Member at Landis+Gyr and working as an Enforcement Attorney for FERC. Mary Kipp holds a Bachelor's Degree from Williams College and a JD from The University of Texas at Austin, with further education in the Utility Executive Course at the University of Idaho College of Business and Economics.
