Patti-Jo Day

Patti-Jo Day has extensive experience in leadership roles in various companies. Patti-Jo currently serves as the Director of Human Resources - Employee Experience at Hawaiian Electric, where they oversee employee experience initiatives. Previously, they worked as the Director of Member Experience at Aloha Pacific Federal Credit Union, leading cross-functional collaboration and implementing workforce management and technology projects. Patti-Jo also held the role of Assistant Vice President at Pacific Guardian Life, where they provided leadership and direction to cross-functional teams. Additionally, they served as the Director of Customer Relations at Hawaiian Electric Company, managing contact center operations and spearheading the implementation of contemporary technology. Patti-Jo's work experience also includes holding the position of Director of Customer Care at Farmers Insurance Hawaii, where they streamlined processes and improved employee performance and retention.

Patti-Jo Day has earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Global Management from the University of Phoenix.
