Mama T Gonsalves

Mama T Gonsalves is an experienced vegan chef and entrepreneur, serving as the owner of Mama T's Ital Kitchen since March 2016, where plant-based meals are offered every Friday along with monthly cooking classes, lectures, and vegan feasts in Honolulu. Additionally, Mama T has been a representative for Hawaiian Ola since June 2016, promoting products that feature noni as a key ingredient. Previously, Mama T worked with Down to Earth Organic & Natural from January 2011 to May 2016 as the Community Outreach Team Leader and Event Coordinator, organizing workshops and events across Oahu and Maui while also conducting cooking classes at various store locations. Mama T is an alumna of San Diego State University.
