Kathryn Lambert

Director, Marketing Communications & Customer Retention at Hawaiian Telcom

Kathryn Lambert has extensive experience in marketing communications and customer retention, currently serving as Director of Marketing Communications & Customer Retention at Hawaiian Telcom since October 2008. Responsibilities include strategic planning and execution of marketing and branding campaigns, as well as customer experience initiatives aimed at enhancing satisfaction. Prior to this role, Kathryn directed owner services for Wyndham Vacation Ownership and held various positions at Hawaiian Telcom, including Senior Manager and Senior Marketing Manager. Academic qualifications encompass a Bachelor's degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and studies at the Thunderbird School of Global Management and College of the Desert.
