Marco Gavagnin

Marco Gavagnin currently serves as the Corporate Foresight & Innovation Manager at HAWE Hydraulik, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Marco spent a decade at AT&S, where contributions included serving as Trends and Technology Foresight Senior Analyst, Technology Forecasting Team Leader, and Technology Forecasting Expert, with a focus on systematic foresight methodologies and technology developments within the microelectronics ecosystem. Earlier experience includes serving as a Project Assistant and Early Stage Researcher at Vienna University of Technology, emphasizing electron beam induced processing and deposition of magnetic materials for magnetologic devices. Marco holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science from Vienna University of Technology, as well as an M.Sc. in Chemistry from Padova University and a B.Sc. in Chemistry from Università degli Studi di Padova.
