Mai Etl

Mai Etl has a diverse work experience, starting in 2006 as a Research Associate and University Lecturer at Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln. Mai later moved on to become the Head of People & Culture at Kieser Australia, where they held multiple roles including Chief People Officer and People & Culture Lead. In 2021, Mai joined wellabe as the Head of People & Culture before becoming the Co-Founder of Rasoul Etl & Co - People Solutions in 2020. Their most recent position is as the Head of People & Culture at HAWK:AI, starting in 2023.

Mai Etl pursued a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Science from Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln from 2000 to 2006.
