Meg Boucher

Director of the Annual Fund at Hawken School

Meg Boucher serves as the Director of the Annual Fund at Hawken School since July 2017, responsible for creating and managing a comprehensive strategic plan for the Hawken Fund and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders. Prior to this role, Meg Boucher worked at The College of Wooster from September 2013 to July 2017, initially as Annual Giving Officer, where responsibilities included stewarding a portfolio of 230 donors and supporting marketing efforts, and later as Associate Director of Annual Giving - Leadership Giving, focused on securing gifts at the $1,000+ level through volunteer committee management. Meg Boucher began their career at ACLU as a Development and Communications Associate from October 2010 to August 2013. Academically, Meg Boucher holds a Bachelor of Arts in Africana Studies from The College of Wooster and has completed a course in Swahili Language and Culture at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
