The executive team at Hawke's Bay District Health Board has a long history of working in various industries including information technology, systems management, healthcare, and strategy development. They have also worked for a variety of companies including Ericsson, Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand, Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust, and Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust. In addition, they have also received education from some of the top institutions in the world including Victoria University of Wellington, Institute of Directors in New Zealand, and Southcentral Foundation (Alaska).
