Desiree Cull

Desiree Cull is an experienced professional in strategy development and governance, currently serving as Programme Leader in the Strategy Development Group at Hawke's Bay Regional Council since August 2020. Previously, Desiree held the position of Strategy & Governance Manager at the same council. Prior experience includes roles as Strategy and Policy Consultant at Giblin Group Ltd, Corporate Planning and Development Manager at Waikato Regional Council, and Planning and Performance Team Leader at Gisborne District Council. Desiree's career began as a Policy Analyst at MAF. Desiree holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy Analysis from Victoria University of Wellington, completed between 1996 and 2000, and attended Colenso High School from 1991 to 1995.
