Louise McPhail

Louise McPhail has extensive experience in environmental management, currently serving at Hawke's Bay Regional Council since June 2015 in various roles including Manager Recovery for the Asset Management Group and Regulatory Implementation Manager, among others. Prior experience includes positions such as Countryside Stewardship Advisor at the Farming & Rural Conservation Agency and Administrative Assistant at Taranaki Regional Council. Louise's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Agriculture and the Environment from Wye College, University of London, complemented by earlier schooling at Burgess Hill Girls and Bede's School.
