Dr. Karen Reynolds, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Chair of the International/MultiCultural Student Education Committee and Associate Professor/Lead Faculty for the Human Resource degree program at Hawkeye Community College, where responsibilities include organizing volunteer teams, planning retention activities for international and multicultural students, teaching business courses, advising students, and updating curriculum. Additionally, Dr. Reynolds chairs the Retention Committee and serves as a Faculty Professional Development Fellow, aiding faculty in teaching and learning initiatives.
