Brissett Charles

Brissett Charles is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various executive roles in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Corporate Executive Chef at Hawkeye Hotels since November 2019, Brissett has previously held positions such as Director of Food and Beverage at Hilton and Executive Chef at Stonebridge Companies and multiple Shula's locations. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Chef at Coastal Hospitality Associates and Crestline Hotels & Resorts, as well as Executive Sous Chef at Le Zinc Restaurant in New York. Brissett holds a degree in Food Art from the New York Restaurant School and an Associate's degree from Drake College of Business-Elizabeth.
