Amy Anderson (Fox)

Amy (Fox) Anderson has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 15 years. Amy is currently working as the Vice President of Human Resources at Hawkins, Inc. Prior to that, they held the position of Sr. Program Manager, Learning and Development at Amazon, where they were responsible for various initiatives such as driving employee onboarding strategies and implementing a new global talent evaluation framework.

Before their role at Amazon, Amy served as the Sr. Manager of Organizational Effectiveness at Sleep Number Corporation. In this role, they developed change management strategies for large-scale projects, including the implementation of new digital customer delivery software and the transition to a new workforce management application.

Amy also worked as the Director of Training and Development at Southeastern Grocers, where they led a training team and oversaw the implementation of a social learning platform.
