Ed Kinkelaar has extensive experience in the hospitality and marina management sectors, currently serving as Dockmaster at Hawks Cay Resort since June 2015, where Ed facilitates a welcoming environment for boaters in the Florida Keys. Prior to this role, Kinkelaar worked as an Account Manager at Edge Communications, focusing on voice and data solutions for small to medium-sized businesses. Kinkelaar has also held management positions at Ocean House as General Manager, ensuring exceptional service at a boutique resort, and as Director of Operations at Holiday Isle Resort & Marina, overseeing a large oceanfront facility with multiple amenities. Earlier career roles include General Manager positions at Conch Harbor Marina and First Key West Marina, as well as Operations Manager at Historic Tours of America. Kinkelaar's educational foundation was established at Gannon University from 1968 to 1971.
