Terry Durante

Terry Durante is an experienced marina professional with a strong history in marina management and customer service. Currently serving as the Dockmaster at The Boca Raton since July 2022, Terry previously held the position of Assistant Marina Manager at Palm Harbor Marina, where responsibilities included assisting in managing a 200+ slip marina in West Palm Beach, Florida. Prior to that, Terry managed Pier 66 Marina for over a decade, overseeing 127 slips and guiding significant marina rebuild projects. Terry's career began in retail at Bass Pro Shops, where a focus on customer service transitioned to expertise in the fishing department. Terry holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Florida International University, attained between 2013 and 2015.
