Jessica Lugo-Mentor, MSML, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership and management roles. Currently serving as Finance Manager at Hawks Cay Resort since July 2022, Jessica specializes in Workday Payroll Processing and Labor Management. Prior experience includes working at Centennial Bank from May 2017 to August 2022, where Jessica progressed from Senior Branch Manager, overseeing branch operations and customer relationships, to the role of Administrative Assistant. Additionally, Jessica worked as a Branch Manager and Account Representative at Florida Keys Electric Cooperative between July 2013 and May 2017, and as a Teller Supervisor at Centennial Bank from March 2006 to July 2013. Jessica holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Ashford University and an Associate of Arts from Florida Keys Community College.
