Liam Webster is an accomplished bar management professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Assistant Bar Manager at Hawksmoor since August 2021, Liam previously held significant roles such as Head Bartender at Bar Raval, where the establishment was recognized as one of Canada's top bars for multiple years. Prior experience includes positions at Black Rock, a specialized whisky bar, and Oskars Bar at Dabbous, where training sessions on cocktail making were a focus. Additionally, Liam successfully managed operations at Blind Pig @ Social Eating House, which earned accolades as the best restaurant cocktail bar in the world. The journey in bartending began at Bar Boulud London - Mandarin Oriental, where Liam progressed from barback to a vital team member, establishing a solid foundation in the industry.
