Joseph Antony Rajesh has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for Haworth India & MEA since May 2018. Joseph established the Global Capability Center for Haworth, resulting in significant cost savings and increased productivity. Prior roles include General Manager and Head HR at Southern Cross Group INT, where Joseph initiated operations in India and notably enhanced workforce diversity by 25%. Previous experience includes leadership positions in companies such as Storaenso Inpac Delta India Pvt Ltd, Volex, Covidien, Perfetti Van Melle, and Lifestyle, across various HR functions. Joseph holds multiple degrees and certifications from esteemed institutions, including an Organization Development Certification from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and an Advanced Program on Strategic Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
