The Community Management and Sales team at Hawthorn Senior Living is dedicated to ensuring outstanding resident satisfaction, maintaining full occupancy, and staying within budget across our independent and assisted living communities. This team is responsible for the daily operations of our retirement communities, building meaningful relationships with residents and their families, and developing new leads to maximize occupancy. They include on-site managers, sales managers, and support staff who work collaboratively to create a welcoming and supportive environment for our seniors.
