Britta Eaton is responsible for maximizing operational performance for over 5,000 units in North Carolina and South Carolina. Britta started in the multifamily industry as a leasing consultant and has served in a variety of roles with increasing responsibility over the last 18 years expanding her knowledge in the industry and growing her career. Britta's experience includes conventional, urban mid-rise, acquisitions, dispositions, value-add, third-party management, business development, financially and physically stressed assets, and new development. Britta graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from NC State University and is a Licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker.
