Cale Williams

Cale Williams is the current Senior Training & Development Manager at Hawthorne Residential Partners. Prior to this, Cale was with Stiles Properties as an Assistant Property Manager from December 2012 to July 2013. In this role, Cale processed and approved new and renewed applications, created a new tracking system to filter prospects, and was accountable for on-call service and emergency maintenance redirection after hours. Cale also maintained the property website and other marketing sources. From April 2012 to November 2012, Cale worked as a Leasing and Sales Specialist with Class Leasing Inc. In this role, Cale used negotiation, persuasion, and sales strategies to lease numerous apartments quickly and efficiently. Cale also operated individually on a different property every 60 days and developed new and unique marketing approaches. Prior to these roles, Cale was with the YMCA as a Scholarship Program Director / Manager from May 2004 to April 2012.

Cale Williams graduated with a Bachelor of Science from The University of Georgia, where they majored in Psychology and minored in Sociology. Afterwards, they attended Georgia State University Perimeter College to study Psychology and Sociology. They received their certification from IREM in ARM.

Cale Williams reports to Zack Baranick, Senior Director of Training & Operations Support. Patti Plunkett - Regional Support Manager, Lauren Haynes - Regional Support Manager, and Michael Lopez - Regional Support Manager report to Cale Williams. Cale Williams works with and Jodi McClure - Training and Development Specialist.
