Gary Triplett

Gary Triplett is the Vice President of Corporate & Resident Services at Hawthorne Residential Partners. Gary has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, and has held various positions at companies such as Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston and Willow Creek Properties LLC.

Gary is an expert in creating and overseeing multi-family property management organizations, and has successfully led regional management teams to achieve high occupancies and positive resident relations. Gary is also skilled in directing optimal maintenance to maintain the physical assets of a real estate portfolio, and has overseen the completion of numerous interior renovation projects.

In their current role at Hawthorne Residential Partners, Gary is responsible for overseeing all aspects of corporate and resident services, including staffing, accounting, and risk management. Gary is dedicated to providing the highest level of service to residents, and works diligently to ensure that all properties in the portfolio are well-maintained and operate smoothly.

Gary Triplett has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Gary is certified by the NC Real Estate Commission as a Real Estate Broker, and by the Institute of Real Estate Management as a Certified Property Manager. Gary is also certified by The National Association of Home Builders as a Housing Credit Certified Professional.
